Scotstown

Scotstown gets its name from the same family who gave their name to Scotshouse. The village is now home to the Rally School of Ireland which offers the ultimate rallying experience for individuals and groups on a purpose-built rally stage. Hollywood lake has excellent facilities and walks.

Hollywood Park
A local voluntary committee in co-operation is gradually developing the popular Lakeside resort since 1969 with the Monaghan CO Council. Various funding agencies and private donations, the facilities which are free of charge include, swimming, fishing, boating, nature walks, children's playground, picnic area, car park, toilets, and disabled picnic area.
